Product replacement will be for same model only. Refunds will
be issued in the same form as original payment. Certain limitations
on refunds issued directly by our Marine Centers may apply.
Original proof of purchase is required on all returns. Refund
of shipping charges is only applicable if product received
is defective or incorrect due to our error. Special order
merchandise is typically not returnable and manufacturer's
restock fees may apply. Computer software products are not
returnable unless unopened. Watches are not returnable due
to battery failure.
Item Availability.
You'll notice that when you order an item, we give you the
latest available information regarding its in-stock status:
"In Stock" which means the item is available for
shipment within one business day. "2-plus days"
availability which indicates the item is in stock, however
inventory levels are low and your order may not be fulfilled
immediately. Or "Backordered" which indicates that
item is out of stock and is on order from our supplier and
is expected to be back in stock soon. In the event an item
you order isn't immediately available at the time your order
is processed (and it's regularly stocked), we'll ship the
item to you by UPS Ground Service or Surface Parcel Post,
wherever you need it, at our expense. Unexpected demand may
cause certain products to be temporarily out of stock, but
you'll be the first to receive the item when the next shipment
arrives from our supplier. Your credit card will not be charged
for the item until it's shipped to you.
Important Shipping Information.
We ship all in-stock items within one business day of receiving
your order. Orders with either two-day or next day shipping
received before 1PM ET Monday thru Friday are shipped the
same day. We will email an order confirmation within one hour
that will verify your order, include the shipping costs and
any applicable taxes. This confirmation will also indicate
any items that may have been out of stock at the time your
order processed. To further protect the security of our customers
and reduce the risk of fraudulent orders being processed,
certain large dollar value orders will be delayed in processing.
In this case, someone from our Customer Service Department
will contact you to verify and confirm your order before it
is released.
We ship all in-stock items within 24 hours of receiving your
order. Orders processed after 1 PM ET Monday thru Friday and
orders received Saturday or Sunday ship the next business
day. We are unable to provide international shipping on-line,
however. International customers should call 800-937-9307

Due to greater length and width, some items are charged at
the 30-lb. rate by UPS, regardless of their actual weight
(e.g. fishing rods and antennas) and are labeled Oversize
for UPS. If you cancel an order after it's been shipped or
if you refuse delivery, you are still responsible for shipping
charges.
Shipments of flammable or other hazardous materials such as
certain paints, varnishes, flares, fire extinguishers and
other items containing compressed gases are regulated by the
U.S. Department of Transportation. We are unable to ship hazardous
items to APO, FPO, or any other foreign addresses. Some hazardous
items may be subject to surcharges of $20 for UPS Ground to
$45 for Federal Express Priority. Other restrictions on the
shipment of hazardous materials may apply, depending on the
shipping method you choose. Call our 24/7 sales staff at 800-937-2628
for more information if you are ordering items marked hazardous
shipping.
Shipping Methods.
We normally ship UPS Ground within the Continental U.S. Orders
are shipped Priority Mail where UPS Ground is not available.
If you have another preference, please make your choice from
the available selections on the order form prior to submitting
it.
Regarding Sales Taxes.
If there is a BoatU.S. Marine Center located in the state
where your order is to be shipped, we will have to collect
the applicable sales tax when your order is processed at our
Catalog Sales Center. Your order confirmation email will include
the amount of tax, if any.
